When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

 When I'm not in a good mood, something I do is watch TV. I like to just unwind and watch stupid reality shows because they tend to make me feel better about my life. I also really enjoy sitting with my cat. She is very comforting and loves me so it's really nice. 

Today in class we worked on a mood board for the yellow wallpaper. It was a little frustrating because my Canva wouldn't load and the generator I tried to use instead ran out of credits.
